I have more than 20 years of experience in policing and security, human resources . Both at national 
and international level, where I’ve more than four years of experience with united nations 
peacekeeping operations missions at management and operations llevel.and I’ve been assigned as a 
Chief of security operations center in KOSOVO at UNMIK mission for one yethis believe the knowledge 
and skills built up during this tour of work make me the perfect candidate for the role. So I would like 
to offer my skills and expertise for this position a. My motivation is to work in a challenging work 
environment with the possibility of professional development.
