I worked at a gym as a receptionist for 2-3 months, I was seeing many people and communicating with them everyday and giving them a key for the locker room. If someone wants to start a membership I start the membership on the gym software and I do the transaction with the customer. Also, I was picking up the phone if any customers had a question like “when does the gym close today?” and “when does the event start?". So, I'm experienced in the customer service field.
