I worked in helping some schools to connect each school to the main servers of the ministry , address error, and perform complete maintenance on each device

• Support all related technical issues to IT Dept
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
• Perform Information security risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, and Information classification.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Deploying system security Controls and Baselines Based on the company’s requirements.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Configuring Cisco Network Devices .(Switches, routers, ASA )
• Reporting to the IT manager.
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Configuring DHCP/DNS
• Controlling windows server 2012 R2

• Setting up& Configuring Network Users mailbox creation, (LAN,WAN) troubleshooting
• Controlling network security & apply the proper users’ permissions to the network resources

• Controlling Database Validity, Database Maintenance, system recovery plans & backup
