➢ Supervise and guide a team of 6 quantity surveyors and commercial engineers.
➢ In control of the bidding and tendering procedures from A-Z for EPC contracts, including review of tender documents thoroughly, preparation of proposals taking into consideration all tender’s requirements in various disciplines – Engineering, Commercial, Technical, HSE, Quality, Finance and any external support needed from service providers ensuring the adherence to tenders’ timeline.
➢ Manage all formal internal and external contractual communications.
➢ Execute contracts’ Close-Out activities; contracts’ close-out documents (Certificate of Final, Partial Completion (if applicable) and final account documentation).
➢ Actively promote effective communication and relations among company’s departments.

➢ Verify EPC sub-contractors' invoices and prepare Progress Payment Certificates.
➢ Agreeing variation/Change Orders with customer and pursue contracts status: close-out, extension or renewal.
➢ Manage the communication with the clients and sub-contractors regarding the technical and commercial issues especially through my site visits in Basra, Iraq & headquarters in UAE.

➢ In charge of preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings’ agendas and presentations with top management.
➢ Responsible for preparing and issuing the Contractual letters for the clients, subcontractors, government bodies etc.
➢ Fulfill the Marketing & Development Department’s requirements by providing the required presentations, substantiations and any related documents.
➢ Managing the Internal & External Auditing Sessions (ISO, External Audit with the clients, Internal Audit within the company’s departments, Kick-off meetings).
