In my current role as an Emergency Medicine Specialist and Head of the Emergency Department at Abdali Medical Hospital, I have honed my skills in providing critical care, managing emergency cases efficiently, and leading a multidisciplinary team. 

My responsibilities have included implementing protocols that improved patient outcomes, managing departmental operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

 This role has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and administrative aspects of emergency healthcare

Performs new hire occupational health assessment through employee interviews to determine current occupational health status

Help redesign the Occupational Health Organisation to provide effective delivery of occupational health services across the Hospital globally ensuring the right medical oversight great customer/patient experience

Perform rounds with Safety Officer to ensure basic Infection Control/Prevention and safety practices are maintained

Understands the strategies and goals of Workers Comp, Occupational Health, and Employee Health and Wellness areas

Effectively completes all requirements of the employee health & safety premium credit program

Complies with established risk management and safety regulations
