Strategy only works when people and systems are aligned enough to carry it. I work with organizations where things move fast, roles stretch and execution starts to feel heavier than it should. That’s often where strategy begins to lose traction in day to day work. My background spans HR, operations and partnerships across startups, private companies and NGOs, giving me a grounded view of how decisions actually land once they reach people. The work I support often includes clarifying roles and decision ownership, strengthening core people practices, supporting performance and feedback cycles and helping teams navigate growth or change without losing momentum. I’ve built and reworked HR foundations across different environments, which keeps my work practical, grounded and closely tied to how organizations actually operate. Most of this happens alongside teams who are already carrying a lot. My role is to bring clarity, structure and an outside perspective that helps things move forward in a way that fits the organization’s reality. There’s no one size fits all model. Every organization has its own pace, constraints and context. The goal is always the same: build people systems that support the strategy instead of getting in its way.
