I have experience in case management in emergency matters, and I'm trying my best in order to provide professional services to the children and women who are suffering from violence and abuse by applying my skills and abilities to the best I can

I currently working at International medical corps-Child Protection case Manager and below is the summey of my professional experince :

• Identifying and receiving cases of children exposed to abuse, neglect, exploitation, etc.
• Intervening in cases according to the standard operating procedures through a clear timeframe to ensure the safety of children in consideration of privacy, accountability, the child's best interest, and participation.
• Developing an initial care plan with a stress on immediate safety.
• Establishing long-term and short-term goals in cases and involving children and caregivers and related parties to achieve the care plan's objectives.
• Monitoring ongoing case plan development.
• Providing regular updates and reports to the supervisor as required, and maintaining professional documentation using CPIMS
• Coordinating and participating in case conferences for high-risk cases that required quick response measures based on the comprehensive assessment, and preparing BID reports if needed it.
• Performing other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor

 Bachelor's degree in psychology, Jun 2009, University of Jordan.
