I am a versatile individual who has experience in several fields such as managing teams, mental health care, project management, and procurement. I maintain a capacity to adapt quickly and effectively by drawing from my pool of existing knowledge and experience. I utilize these elements as a resource by fusing them with my auto didactive capacity and can learn quickly on the move and ‘hit the ground running’ 

•  Conducting trainings such as psychological first aid, parenting skills, training for parents of children with disabilities, mental health awareness, mental health case management, stress management, etc. Ł Managing A multi-disciplinary Mental Health team (psychologists Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses, Mental Health Case Managers). Experience in the MHPSS SWG facilitation as the chair of the meeting at Zatari Camp.  Overall management of the project to ensure that a high-quality program is delivered.  Maintaining a professional relationship with staff, clients and center staff . Transmit the organization vision and turn it to implemented strategies in the centers . Conduct all essential and ongoing training in PFA, IASC and case management . Prepare monthly budget and control expenses.  Liaison with CBOs and NGOs in the field as well as other clinics and provide them with the essential training.  Create a positive atmosphere and motivate the staff effectively.  Liaise with other service providers.  Submit monthly activity calendar to IMC Mental Health and Psychosocial Director.  Cover all donor visits to the mental health clinics and provide a brief about the mental health services.  Assist in the development and oversight of daily activities. Monitor the quality of services provided by case managers.  Quality assurance for different activities of the project.  Attend all meetings with partners and stakeholders in the field.
