  • Manage a turn-key IBS major milestones and projects deliverables to ensure the indoor optimum coverage inside targeted In Building Solution(IBS) sites.
  • My responsibility starts with scopedefinition on yearly basis along with the IBS team and all businessstakeholders in CXD – Horsebridge Networks (UK).
  • As an outcome, the scope is executed by assigning contractors specialized in IBS sites (SAQ, Design, Implementation and Optimization) that are capableof executing the scope with clients quality standards and targeted time frame.
  • Coordinating with client’s procurement, finance, contract management to structure the technical and commercial relationship/agreement betweenCXD and the clientsthrough RFP’s and signed contract.
  • Ensure that the contracts terms, conditions and deliverables are executed by CXD and contractors as written. Till the contract expires and either extended with new terms and conditions or closed based on achievingthe deliverables.

  • Performing Site Acquisition for VIP sites such as, Al Bidda Tower, Al Faisal Tower, Al-Dareen Tower, Tornado Tower,Qatar Navigation Tower, The Mall, Qatar FinancialCentre, Dolphin Energy Tower.
  • Governmental follow up with ICT and Customsto clear the imported TI materials and components.
  • Governmental follow up with concerned Municipalities and CAA to obtainbuilding permit.
  • Creating and development procedures related to civil works,network rollout and quality
  • Ensure that NRO in-building work including all amenities, securityfencing, site facilities, etc is beingcarried out to standards of safety required by the client and local regulations.

ICCCC is the main CW and TI contractor for Ericsson Jordan,responsible for kickingoff a turn key 3G network upgrade project for Orange Jordan

 

  • Manage NRO for Orange 3G projects which includes, site surveys, DPSs, antennas swap, installationof RRUs, Node-Bs, BBUs, Fibre, E1, Ethernet cables, MW Links and all the necessary supports like masts and pylons in addition to the 3G-IBS (in building solutions).
  • Organize and coordinate the planning, resources requirements, and implementation activities with the Projects Manager, Customer,Resources and Suppliers.

  • Supervise the deployment work which covers the below quality available in the market, optimum cost& in adequatetime period.
  • Negotiate sites ownersfor renting (SiteAcquisition).
  • Prepare detailed site studies.
  • Supervise civil work contractors constructing all kind of GSM sites including rooftopmasts, self supported towers, guyed towers, and green field towers site commissioning online and final acceptance.

  • Plan and scheduleall negotiation dutiesregarding land or rooftop acquisition to install networksites that is arranged with the radio team, fix amount of rent between owners and management, sign contract after coordination with the legal department, and plan start of work with owners and contractors.
  • Report daily all work done through specified forms filled and submitted to the responsible personals in the company.
  • Governmental follow up in case of acquisition from the government such as land department, JordanValley Authority, militaryor police regions.Performed all procedures and acceptance needed
  • Obtain all necessaryapprovals for buildingpermits, power connections, or any other permits, also follow up with energy companies all over Jordanfor power supply to those sites.
  • Check contractors’ work onall GSM sites step by step, during their work, site supervision is done continuously for all specifications and material specified by Mobilecom.
  • After site is installed, site acceptance and reception from contractor is done through a visit to check all work done, this includes, pylon or mast, power supply,shelter, GSM antennas,feeders, jumpers, safetyequipment, BTS, …etc.

Transferring sites to the maintenance department after these sites are accepted and commissioned
