I hold a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, providing me with a strong foundation in both business and engineering principles.

Over the past [16 years], I have amassed more than [16 years] of professional experience within water utilities in Jordan. This experience has provided me with in-depth insights into the intricacies of water management, customer service, and operational processes.

My knowledge and experience in customer management within water utilities are well-established, having successfully advised on and implemented customer service strategies that improved customer satisfaction and retention.

I am well-versed in Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction strategies, having played an instrumental role in developing and implementing NRW reduction initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and improved efficiency.

My technical acumen includes the ability to read and upload maps, and I have a working knowledge of GIS programs, enabling me to contribute effectively to the integration of modern digital tools within water and wastewater operations.

Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, allows me to communicate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders

• Position:
• Senior Mechanical Engineer / Client Representative for the Presidential Guard Command (PGC) / UAE Armed Forces
• Location and duration: Abu Dhabi – UAE (2017 – 2019).
• Client: PGC, 300 million UAE Dirham

Duties:

• Acting as Client representative/Senior Infrastructural Engineer-Operations and maintenance for the networks, water, sewerage, irrigation and water treatments plants (RO), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). 
• Providing project leadership; Defining and actively achieve strategic objectives
• Conducting preventive maintenance to ensuring Project objectives are efficiently operating.
• Overall site management; Coordination with project related depts., sub-contractors, vendors etc.
• Look after any related projects complaints to be appropriately addressed
• Experience in maintaining projects in the areas of large scale waste water management as part of global water mission and water distribution infrastructure.
• Overseeing Maintenance operations involving handling procurement (tendering & bidding, estimations, and contract negotiation), inviting quotations analysis of rates .
• Deploying industry accepted Quality HSE practices; Monitoring for safe work environment and to attain Zero Accident rate.
• Corresponding with clients/consultants on various issues; Monitoring and coordinating with sub-contractors.
• Attending progress review meetings with Corporate Office, Consultants.
• Regular meetings with staff on targets, progress achieved and taking corrective actions on a need basis.
