My career objective is to secure a dynamic role in business development within a leading humanitarian organization, leveraging my decade of experience cultivating strategic partnerships, crafting compelling proposals, and securing funding from diverse donors. With a proven track record in grants acquisition, management, and team leadership, I am eager to contribute my skills in organizational growth and strategic planning to drive impact and advance the organization's mission.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of humanitarian organizations, both domestically and internationally. I have successfully secured funding from a range of donors, including government agencies, private foundations, and multilateral. My ability to identify funding opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and manage complex grants has resulted in millions of dollars in funding for my previous employers.

In my most recent position as a Senior Program Officer for World Vision Syria Response, I oversaw a portfolio of grants and was responsible for ensuring compliance with grant requirements, coordinating reporting and monitoring activities, and managing relationships with donors. I developed and implemented grant management policies and procedures, resulting in improved efficiency and accuracy in grant management. My work was focused on Jordan for the first year then was assigned to work for Syria and Turkey as well. I was assigned to coordinate proposals and concept notes for major donors as well as private funding. 

 I finished my bachelor degree in Pharmacy from the University of Jordan in 2013. I receive many trainings during year of work in the field of program, grants Aquisition and management in various topics.
