I am a key member of the team of Consultant advising the task, which required us to be delegated as a Legal Specialist in a Project Management, which included advisors for the establishment of a new company (a manufacturing company owned by the APC, which is five factories to  manufacture CLORIN). In this project I efficiently and professionally handled the required tasks that included preparing the necessary legal due diligence, tender documents, concession agreement, as well as, negotiating agreements pertaining to locating the best area for the new Factories in cooperation with the Investment Commission team.

During my tenure in the APC, I produced and amended drafts of various type of legal contacts and agreements. my practical understanding of economic theory and the effect of its implementation in the Jordanian legal and social systems was flabbergasting for a student and employee of his age and education.

I have a deep interest in current legal reform affairs in Jordan and international politics, which he always discussed, with me and with other decision-maker. Owing to his experience in both public sector institutions and private sectors and development projects, I have been assigned since 2019 responsibility for many projects involving private and public sector interaction. Meanwhile, he is also involved in other assignments in the area of commercial law, sales agreement, Fidic contracts, drafting and revising agreements related to commercial transactions.  I am also been responsible for advising APC on legal aspects of several other transactions related to the development of the New Special Economic Zone. In addition, I was also heavily involved in legislative drafting related to various matters such as the Chart of Board of Directors (CBD), Procurement regulation, investment, natural resources laws and regulations and public sector reform, an area in which he demonstrated excellent ability.
