I have gained extensive experience in sales and marketing during my first job at Arab Medical & Scientific Alliance, titled as sales & marketing representative. I have learned to maintain excellent service to the clients, assist in preparation and execution of proposals to governmental medical hospitals & centers.

I joined the master's program in Management Information System at Yarmouk University. Through my master program journey, I was already an active member at the Arab center for tradition and culture – a Jordanian NGO in Irbid city. One of my accomplishments during my work was designing & implementing specific educational workshops for the youth refugees to blend in the Jordanian schools and they were "mostly Syrian" at that time. My main responsibilities were to follow up and organize the educational initiatives, also oversee the daily operations, and ensure that processes are implemented effectively.

After I finished my master degree, I had a good job offer at Al-Kadi medical group KSA, Dec-2015, titled as Purchasing Specialist. Which gave me the opportunity to work in another country, with different people, and different business rules. My main responsibility was to oversee the daily operations, and to develop and maintain the group policies and procedures, participate in updating the marketing plan in the group. The most prominent impact that I made in this job was the establishment and managing the medical materials warehouse “Arkan Al-Kadi Warehouse”. which provides medical supplies to the group's centers and for the other medical centers in northern region of KSA. In addition, acquire agent and sub-agent contracts with major medical supplies companies such as 3M Dental.

I came back to Jordan, and until May. 2023 I’m working at the International Expert Group for Trade & Investment (IEG), a Major FMCG company in Jordan, an agent for universal FMCG brands (Bel, Unilever, l’oreal), currently titled as Internal Purchasing Supervisor for the Injaz group which include various companies (Lombardia Group, RAMA for Logistic) beside IEG. My main responsibilities are to perform all of the logistic and purchasing activities in the group, as well as maintain and manage the internal assets. Oversee the facilities management for the group in cooperation with the operation manager.
