• Helping resolve any technical issues that preventing IT-related applications from operating properly for the end-user.

• Install and configure software and hardware for the laptops/ipads and printers.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems with software and hardware.
• Identify and investigate network issue and maintain hardware and software.
