With over 10 years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven Head of Capital Markets at Al Salam Investments, where I oversee the department's work progress, communicate with external brokers, verify account reconciliations, and coordinate with various internal departments. My mission is to provide innovative and tailored solutions for our clients in the regional and international markets, and to increase awareness of our company and its work. Additionally, I cross-sell our forex section and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for the sales team. Previously, I worked as an Account Relationship Manager and an International Investment Broker at Al Nadwa Financial Services & Investments, where I gained solid knowledge of competitors and developed plans to address customer needs, resolve complaints, preserve customers, renew contracts, and approach potential customers.
