Jasmin Hawi

I am a Consumer Science Graduate currently working as a Freelancer and looking for a full-tim job

Currently I am working as a freelancer with Flan Design. Flan Design is a startup and I have different tasks and responsibilities including content creation, community management, talent acquisition and customer relationship management. 

After my Bachelors, I spent over 2 years working in the field of Marketing, an amazing, vast, and ever-changing field. I worked as a Digital Marketer at a tech start-up called Buttercloud. Working in this part of the field has taught me a lot about Digital Marketing, content creation, search engine optimization and how start-ups can thrive. After 16 months of working as a Digital Marketer, I was promoted to Marketing Manager, a role that had taught me immensely. I was awarded more responsibility, was consulted on decision making and was in charge of hiring Marketing team members. This helped me enhance my relationship management skills, become even more reliable and voice my opinion in a convincing manner. 

During my Masters, I was also working as a Student Assistant for the Sales team at the TUM Executive Education Centre, in which I got to work on and be a part of Marketing and Sales campaigns within the education field. 

Our Masters program also required us to work as a team on a Project Study, which my team and I carried out at Holidu GmbH, an innovative holiday accommodation company. We worked for a semester on understanding the different clusters of customers, we used the program R to analyse data and we created an Email marketing strategy with specific marketing campaigns and content for the different user clusters. This experience helped me greatly with understanding how to make decisions using big data and making decisions as a team. 

I studied Management Sciences at the German Jordanian University. 
.I graduated second of my batch with a grade of 87.9% (Excellent)

I also did my Masters in Consumer Science at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), and graduated with a final grade of 1.5 (very good).
