Throughout my illustrious career spanning over three decades, I have been privileged to work with several renowned international companies in the pharmaceutical industry. My journey began as a Medical Representative at Julphar-Jordan, where I honed my skills in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and effectively promoting pharmaceutical products. The invaluable experience gained during this time laid the foundation for my future success in the industry.

With a passion for growth and an unwavering commitment to excellence, I advanced to the position of Sales Supervisor at Julphar-Jordan. In this role, I not only managed a team of dedicated medical representatives but also led initiatives to expand market reach and increase sales. It was a period of immense learning and personal growth, and I knew that my journey in the pharmaceutical sector was just beginning.

Taking the next step in my career, I joined GlaxoSmithKline-Jordan as a Sales Supervisor. Embracing new challenges and opportunities, I focused on driving sales in a competitive market while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. My efforts were rewarded with consistent growth and recognition for my exceptional leadership skills.

Yearning for further career growth and the chance to work with a broader portfolio of products, I seized the opportunity to become a Regional Pharma Manager at GlaxoSmithKline-United Arab Emirates. This role allowed me to exercise strategic thinking, providing direction to the market in the Antibiotic, CNS, and Respiratory therapeutic areas. One of my proudest achievements during this time was leading the Help UAE Breath Better (HUBB) project in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. This initiative not only bolstered our market presence but also positively impacted the lives of many patients.

As I progressed in my career, I assumed greater responsibilities as Country Head Jordan & Palestine at Sandoz. Leading the entire business operations in two countries was both challenging and rewarding. I successfully developed and communicated yearly targeted P&L figures, achieved significant business growth, and diversified the tender business to triple its value. My dedication to fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving transformative initiatives further solidified my reputation as a reliable and results-oriented leader.

The pinnacle of my career was attained at Nairoukh Pharma, where I held the esteemed position of Sales & Marketing Director. In this role, I leveraged my vast experience to take the majority of brands to the top two positions in terms of sales, as confirmed by IQVIA data. My responsibilities included strategic planning, sales and marketing management, new market development, business turnaround, and P&L responsibility for international and local principles. I successfully introduced new products, improved new product registration processes, and secured significant business through tenders. I also championed team leadership, providing strategic direction to the sales and medical teams, and encouraging a consultative sales approach that established rapport with clients.

As I reflect on my journey, I am immensely grateful for the opportunities that the pharmaceutical industry has offered me. Working with reputable international companies has shaped me into a visionary leader with a relentless drive for excellence and innovation. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to driving business growth, promoting patient well-being, and creating a positive impact on the industry and society as a whole. My educational journey has been characterized by a strong commitment to excellence and continuous learning. It all began with my pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at Jordan University of Science and Technology in 1991. Equipped with a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, I sought to complement my expertise with a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles. This drive led me to attain an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the prestigious Sky Institute of Marketing in Jordan in 2001, further enhancing my skill set and knowledge in the field. Not content with just local recognition, I expanded my horizons and achieved yet another Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the esteemed Chartered Institute of Marketing in London in 2002. Through these academic achievements, I have continually strived to remain at the forefront of my profession, embracing new insights and tools to excel in the dynamic world of pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
