My name is Kholoud Nawash, a Jordanian living in Jordan. I obtained my master degree in Business Administration in July 2021, where the application was made on airlines sector (more details in C.V. - I can provide the thesis abstract upon request).
I speak English fluently, and working in getting there on the Turkish language as well, I have a very basic knowledge of French, and my mother tongue is Arabic. I have worked in the supply chain domain since 2006 in both private sector and NGOs,
Overall, during my career I managed small teams in the different roles I filled. I designed SOPs and my own analytical, monitoring tools, and used the standard tools for decision-making such as SWOT analysis. Defined areas of improvement, and contributed to the weekly/ monthly reporting.

I speak English fluently, and working in getting there on the Turkish language as well, I have a very basic knowledge of French, and my mother tongue is Arabic. I have worked in the supply chain domain since 2006 in both private sector and NGOs, below I summarize some related roles.
In my role as Office and logistics manager at Versiedag Indutex regional office in Jordan (Nov 2005 – Jan 2008), I managed ordering, and inbound + outbound cargoes, in addition to handling HR issues (including medical insurance), managed, and trained a small team of three people. During that time, I supervised the new offices interior construction, and managed the movement to the new location including the registrations and the transition of all services.
At Nabil Food Company, I was the Senior Foreign Procurement officer (2009-2013) I handled the procurement of around 3.5 million USD /month, where I worked in reducing the shipping cost by shifting the service to be done locally directly handled by myself. Then I moved again to NGOs, where I joined IRC as a Supply Officer: Feb 2013-Oct 2013, the activities included procurement, inventory control, and transport management in Mafraq North field.
Then joined MSF in July 2016 as a Supply Activity Supervisor for South Syria Project until end of Nov 2018, a position that I had to do a great deal of remote management for the variable political climate. My work activities included budgeting in collaboration with the other team members, in addition to managing the warehouse, planning cargoes, calculating quantities for ordering and shipping the medical and the logistical items (using different excel designed tools), and procurement supervision on the logistical items). I trained the new staff in the project (ERP system); in addition to the staff in the Syrian hospitals –remotely – to use the designed MSR tool for reporting their monthly stock/ consumption. I am a filed person; I joined the cargo for back-to-back loading near the border point with Syria. .
