Layan Tellawi

I’m Layan Tellawi, a Business Information Technology graduate from the University of Jordan, passionate about ERP systems and user-centered design. My interest in ERP grew during my training at Optimiza, where I worked with Oracle ERP tools including SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, and Reports. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how technology supports and optimizes business operations — and sparked my drive to specialize in ERP solutions that make organizations more efficient and data-driven. Alongside this, I completed a UI/UX design training at Emango Agency, where I learned to design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences using Figma and worked on real projects focused on enhancing user journeys and visual design. I also co-authored a research paper on database cybersecurity, which strengthened my knowledge of data protection and system integrity. I’m eager to continue growing in roles that combine technology, business analysis, and design, contributing to projects that bridge functionality with great user experience. I’m always looking for opportunities to learn and grow in the fields of ERP, design, and technology.
