I see myself fit for this position since I already had good experiences I can manage the work in the best way in a short time

I have  8years  experience in customer service and within 4years call center . In my current  role is Saudia airlines , I have had a great deal of experience within customer services, talking to customers ,assisting them on a daily basis ,I have excellent communication skills both for talking to customers and written as a great deal of my correspondence is done by email. I have had experience of dealing with all levels of personnel and customers and feel that I have been successful to date in my communication and dealings.


 

I am a very flexible person who is able to work the hours necessary to ensure that the role is done to the satisfaction of all parties. 


 

I am very passionate about learning new trends and the latest things, I like to keep on top of this as much as I can.
