I’m Mahmoud Jaber, a Chemistry graduate from Tafila Technical University (Class of 2019), currently working as a Quality Control Technician at Defaf Al-Nahrayn for Food and Beverage Industries.

My daily work involves inspecting production lines, conducting chemical and physical tests on raw materials and final products, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. I have hands-on experience working in a real manufacturing environment, applying my academic knowledge to practical challenges.

I am passionate about quality assurance, laboratory analysis, and continuous professional development. I am a Quality Control Technician (QC Technician) with experience in the food industry, specializing in Process Control (IPC) and final product quality inspection. I have a strong background in analytical chemistry and the application of food safety standards (HACCP and ISO 9001). I focus on the thorough inspection of production lines and conducting analyses to ensure strict compliance with specifications. I seek to apply my analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance the quality and safety of closures and packaging.

The Chemistry major at the Bachelor's degree level is a rigorous academic program focused on the comprehensive study of matter, encompassing its composition, properties, structure (atomic and molecular), the chemical reactions it undergoes, and the energy changes associated with these transformations.
