I am a graduate of University of Jordan (2000) with a Bachelor of French literature as a major and Italian language as a minor. My educational background has provided me with a broad understanding of different cultural back grounds and civilization, as well as a focused understanding of multinational environment.

I have worked for foreign missions for the last 23 years

I have worked for foreign missions for the last 23 years.  As my professional skills have developed, so have my responsibilities. These have included travel on missions to other countries. Respond to emergency situations and evaluate, and monitor closely the development of the international and political situation; which will have impact and will reflect on the current work polices and work mechanism, and result an increase of unlawful travellers, and the use of fraudulent documents. I am grateful for these field experiences, which have developed my ability to work effectively under stressful situations and with a high level of cultural sensitivity.

In my previous and current work experience, I have dealt with different types of programs and policies which required a high level of understanding, respect and integrity; but at the same time a flexibility in order to keep track of the changing and challenging situations and circumstances. 

Working in two senior positions, made me the front line that the staff rely on to translate policy and priorities into useful and coherent instructions.

 Another important aspect in my job experience is maintaining a high level of common sense and reason while dealing with different cases on a daily basis. 

Over the years dealing with public on different levels was always a part of my job, which gave me the capacity and the knowledge and the right tools that should be used to maintain a high professional and positive attitude at all times.

Also working with Diplomatic missions and the International Organization For migration (IOM) which is a humanitarian agency deals with Refugees; has developed my personality to maintain respect for people from different cultural back grounds, deferent levels, and deferent personalities; and respect the values and ethics of the work place at all times and with all people.
