I am a UK  qualified nurse specialised in Paediatric care. I have almost 30 years in the health sector both clinical and administrative private insurance and patient care management. Although I no longer wish to be involved in clinical health care practice, I still would like to be involved in other areas. I have experience in Medical claims insurance, I have excellent communications skills and work very well under pressure. I work well within a team 

I have almost 10 years of clinical practice both in the united Kingdom and Jordan.I have worked in a non clinical setting with the health care industry both in insurance and patient case management for nearly 12 years. I was an operational manager for a TPA company providing medical evacuation and repatriation for PA insured clients. THE company also provided medical claims processing services for the Insurance brokers. I managed the 24/7 call center and provide patient case management for all incidents that came through the company. 

My primary and secondary education was conducted in the UK in Oxford. I got my nursing qualification from the The Royal Hallamshire School of nursing in the UK. I have done a certified course in  "Improving Global Health; Focusing on Quality and Safety for HarvardX.
