Mo'awia Bajis is a passionate multimedia designer with a degree in Social Anthropology, specialized in graphic design, photography, and audio/video editing. Mo'awia has worked with several organizations like Aljazeera Channel, Save the Children, and is currently a Multimedia and Technical Officer at Darat al Funun in Amman, Jordan. At Darat al Funun, he is responsible for creating compelling visual and graphic content for the foundation's social media platforms and printed materials, documenting events through photography and videography, managing the foundation's database, and providing technical support to artists during exhibitions and events.

As a multidisciplinary artist, Mo'awia has participated in several exhibitions and residencies at venues like Darat al Funun and Fondazione Modena Arti Visive. He is also a freelance creative communicator, offering multimedia design services to organizations like Save the Children and GIZ. During his time at Al Jazeera Media Network, he worked as a graphic designer creating visual content such as on-screen graphics, maps, charts, and animations to accompany news stories.

Mo'awia's work has earned him several accomplishments, including the ARIJ Award for Best Multimedia Investigation, of which he was a member of the winning team, and longlisted for Best Reporting on Refugee Issues at the 2017 One World Media Awards, a report that he helped produce.
