As a Quality Control Specialist I work on a project that provides a digital bank and financial services platform for Saudi Telecom Company (STC). I conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing, encompassing all aspects from the front end to the back end, including APIs and mobile applications. I am proficient in identifying, reporting, and tracking system bugs to ensure seamless performance, and I collaborate closely with internal teams to ascertain system requirements. I also conduct thorough regression testing post-bug resolution, guaranteeing the stability and robustness of the system.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, and I have obtained the ISTQB®- CTFL certification, as well as multiple LinkedIn certifications in performance testing and automation testing. I am passionate about software testing and Quality Assurance, and I strive to excel in the field of automation software testing. I am dedicated to optimizing the user experience (UX) to its fullest potential, and I actively verify UI designs. I value continuous learning and growth, and I seek to apply my skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality products and services.
