Regional Program Support Officer October 2022 – December 2022
 Provide Administrative support to DRC MERO Regional Workshops. Travel booking, managing travel expenses, Hotel booking, Arranging Transportation, Managing hotel bookings and housing for regional staff and visitors.
 Support Supply Chain Officer in following the international staff visa, work permits, and residency issues.
 Manage all expenses (utilities, telephone, internet, diesel etc) are done through respect of procurement DRC policies and Ensure the MERO asset management system is always up-to-date.
 Led operational Support for the Durable Solutions Platform (DSP) team
 Support DSP Specialists to have all needed documentation and operational matters ready from the program. This includes liaising with procurement teams, venue bookings, service consultancy payments, and other tasks.

Event and Program Coordinator August 2020 – July 2022
 Managed the operational duties of the ABA MENA office, responsible for lease agreements, office registrations, and
any follow-ups with Ministries. Responsible for staff residency and work permit issues.
 Provided admin support to ABA MENA projects components (Human trafficking JTIP, woman empowerment WAGE,
and domestic servitude).
 Led the planning and organizing of ABA program activities such as conferences, workshops, and training including, but
not limited to, logistical arrangements, budget planning, and liaising with partners in Jordan.
 Managed financial matters such as petty cash, expense reports, events budget planning, and cash distribution.
 Procurement duties such as obtaining quotes, bid analysis, and monitoring, and updating preferred vendor lists
 Liaising with partners such as the Ministry of Justice, Jordanian Judicial Council, Judicial Institute of Jordan, Police, and
Ministry of Health to ensure training and awareness sessions run smoothly.
 Supporting grant management by monitoring the implementation of grants within ABA guidelines, including coordinating partners' award information, tracking spending, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and reporting on progress.
 Responsible for the ABA MENA Monitoring and Evaluation System in collaboration with the M&E Advisor based in
Washington DC HQ.

 The Foundation Training Program on Combating Human Trafficking for 100 judges and prosecutors.
 The Practical Investigation Training for Combating Human Trafficking for 80 judges and prosecutors, 20 police officers and 8
lawyers.
 Combating Human Trafficking awareness sessions for 150 police officers within the North, Central, and South regions
 Combating Human Trafficking awareness sessions for 60 MOH doctors and nurses from Amman, Balqa, and Zarqa.

Senior Field officer, Youth Power Program November 2019 – July 2020
 Coordinating and working closely with youth in the field and supporting initiatives on the capacity of youth to
engage as productive members of their communities.
 Reviewing, and assessing youth initiatives, contributing to the development of these initiatives, and ensuring any
initiatives align with the vision of the Youth Power Project.
 Supporting youth in creating a budget plan to implement the initiatives.

 Implemented online Psychosocial support sessions for 50 mothers of youths with cognitive disabilities and youth that were hard of hearing.

Family Health International (FHI360) Amman, Jordan
Project Coordinator June 2016 – June 2018
 Managed the operational and logistical support to the Capacity Building component by implementing events and training for FHI360 partners within Jordanian governorates (Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Mafraq, Tafilah, Ma’an, Petra, and Aqaba)

 Managed the operational support for the FHI360 project components i.e. grant and capacity building.
 Preparation and support of program events and workshops of project components as required. Served as a focal
point and liaised with FHI360 event participants and trainees.

 Assisted the M&E Specialist in carrying out any research assignments by agreed-on procedures and standards and

 Led a team of 20 professional field coordinators, field assistants, and volunteers in implementing activities in 12 centers in 5 Governorates (Irbid, Mafraq Zarqa, Amman, and Karak) to support the quality of the activities.
 Managed the supply chain and monitored the smooth running of operations across the 12 centers in collaboration
with other departments and ensured the supply chain processes met requirements and standards and resolved
any issues that came up.
 Led the project communications and media engagement activities and coordinated with local and international

 Managed the operational activities of SCI programs (UNICEF, WFP, W.B, ECHO) implemented in the north region of Mafraq,
Za’atri camp, and Irbid and ensured activities were executed within the planned budget and timelines in line with SCI policy.
 Managed the maintenance of SCI functional offices, guesthouses, and warehouses in accordance with SCI standards and the
brand identity manual.
 Set up and management the lease Agreements for SCI Area Office, guesthouses, warehouses, and projects centers in Mafraq, Irbid, and Ramtha. And process the payments of bills and monthly utilities. Ensure security measures and make inspection visits to assess the rehabilitation needs of facilities used by SCI projects in
Mafraq, Irbid, and Ramtha.
 Assisted in strengthening national institutions and local partners’ capacity to continue to implement and provide access to quality community-based protection services beyond the life of the project.
 Responsible for the security of the SCI Mafraq office and the stores and helping the security manager to execute the Za’atari camp emergency plans.
 Ensure that SCI Fleet Management model, movement security protocols, and Brand Identity Manual are applied in the base, the fleet is checked, and regularly maintained, and that vehicles are insured.
 Follow-up on proper monitoring of fuel consumption and use of vehicle log-book, maintenance log, oil log, and other fleet
formats and templates by field logistics staff.

Achievements:
 Entering and maintaining over 10k records of Iraqi refugee data during the project life period.
 Created and maintained an internal project database using MS Access to improve the help desk role in providing services
 Developed Assessment sheet for private school’s Out-Of-School Iraqi Children UNICEF program and led the
Assessment process.
Achievements
 Led the Safe Spaces Training (SS) in public schools in Zarqa - 150 teachers were engaged and certified. Achieved by
providing administrative support, and liaising with the directorate of MOE in Zarqa and the school manager. And supported the Child Protection Specialist and Trainer during the SS training, maintaining the training kits, training materials, and equipment. Also, provided financial support by taking the responsibility for all payments related to the training.
 Coordinated the Distribution of School packages and Playing Kits in public schools. This constituted the distribution of
school packages for 1860 students in 35 schools in 7 governates (Amman, Madaba, Zarqa, Irbid, Karak, Tafilah). Also, the
distribution of playing kits for 1500 students in 11 schools in 3 governates (Amman, Zarqa, Irbid).
 Led the Private School’s Assessment process regarding the UNICEF Out-Of-School Children program. Assessed 15 private
schools in Amman and Zarqa to address whether the school's facilities enhanced or detracted from the learning process,
ensuring they match Save the Children US & UNICEF Standards.
