A highly creative thinker, ambitious and self-motivated bilingual and Inbound Travel Consultant; who had graduated from the University of Jordan with a bachelor degree in Spanish and English languages. Currently seeking a role in a Travel company where I can learn new skills and expand my knowledge to utilize my technical skills and abilities in the language field. Inbound Travel Consultant at Trip500 Tours (Jordan MW) (February – October 2022)

• Responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in correspondence with their needs, expectations, special requirements, and budget.
• Customize packages that match the client’s expectations.
• Organize the tours from beginning to end, by booking hotels, restaurants, transportation, and even tour guides and airport assistance at the immigration area to ensure visa free of charge.
• Supply travelers with the useful and relevant information (event programs, weather, clothes, Jordan Pass… etc.)
• Closing deals with travel agencies from all over the world.
• Collect deposits and balances.
• Use promotional techniques to sell tour packages.
• Handle unexpected problems, complaints, and bad reviews.
• Create invoices for the companies and itemized receipts for individuals.
• Responsible for amending the tour packages.
• Responsible for postponing the clients’ tours and even cancellations.
• Traveler Travel Advisor of the company’s account on the TourRadar platform.
• Coordinating with a company in Palestine to arrange tours for our clients; in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Bethlehem, and Eilat.
• Helping clients in crossing borders (Allenby Bridge, Wadi Arava Crossing, or even Sheikh Hussien Bridge)
