community OUTREACH officer-Irc

SEP 2018 – JAN 2023, In the northern field of Jordan (Mafraq, Ramtha, Irbid, I’m managing outreach activities by conducting awareness session on GBV and build a strong relationship with local CBO’s and other NGO’s, I’m the focal point trainer for GBV which conducted with IRC partner and volunteers in Jordan country, At the same time I’m the safeguarding lead for IRC in Jordan country, I’m the focal point for developing and revising the training manual for Women Protection and Empowerment department, working as a focal point trainer for disability inclusion program to enhance the accessibility of the PWD to our services.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT OFFICER-OXFAM-GB (May 2017 till August 2018) IN THE SECOND LARGEST CAMP FOR REFUGEES IN THE WORLD -ALZATAARI CAMP, I have been Managed a District of 8000 Syrian Refugees, And I have been managed a 3 Jordanian staff and 24 Cash for Work in a team of Public Health promotion, in the design and implementation of water, sanitation, hygiene and protection, monitor public health promotion activities and ensure that projects objectives are met. Moreover, to strengthening accountability both at community and Oxfam levels and ensure that support is extended to the refugee’s families i.e. men, women, female-headed households to benefit from the projects. Participate in further assessments as required and contribute to emergency water, sanitation, and hygiene activities., working as a focal point trainer for disability inclusion program to enhance the accessibility of the PWD to our services.

Community Mobilization ASSISTANT-OXFAM-GB

Feb 2016 _ May 2017 IN The Second Largest Camp for refugee’s in the World-ALZATAARI Camp , I have been supervised on  24 Cash for Work  in a team of Public Health promotion, in the design and implementation of water, sanitation, hygiene and protection, monitor public health promotion activities and ensure that projects objectives are met. Moreover, to strengthening accountability both at community and Oxfam levels and ensure that support is extended to the refugee’s families i.e. men, women, female-headed households to benefit from the projects. I have a bachelorise degree from Jordan University of science and technology in the major of physiotherapist
