MAIN TASKS:
- Forecasting
- Studying new goods price stuctures and margin.
- Liaising and negotiate with suppliers and transport companies
- Planning and process purchase orders according to forecast, stock availablity, stock cover & lead time.
- Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle ERP.
- Checking documentation like Invoices, COO, HC, BL, LC, & custom declaration.
- Dealing with the clearance agent & customs to follow up the shipments status
- Resolve problems concerning shipping, transportation, documentation, imports or exports, & customer issues.
- Enter goods on system once received.
- Informing sales & marketing departments about ready for sale goods
- Complete stock & sales, slow moving SKU's, expiry reports on weekly/ monthly basis.
- Checking with public relations team if any new regulation for JISM & JFDA .
- Warehouse Quality assurance audit.
