Main responsibilities:

Assist commercial team in sourcing, prepare sales quotation, and analytical data. / Developing relationship with clients, convince them, attending meetings, and acquiring new suppliers to find the best matching between requested spec. and available products. / Responsible for all administrative tasks, providing general support to senior admins in headquarter, and ensuring a timely response to all inquiries./ Follow up with public institutions, organize, and archive tenders data system and documents with timely updates report feedback, problems and progress
