Professional training officer with extensive leadership experience in staff development, process and productivity improvements. Team oriented training and development coordinator knowledgeable in developing training processes, performance management and curriculum design. Possesses excellent communication, interrogation and interpersonal skills. 

I have over 20 years of experience working in training environments(Jordan ,UAE and with UN in South Sudan), a solid commitment to this field, and 10 years of experience working as a professional Training officer. My previous job has provided me with supervisory experience as a Training Manager. My education in the equivalent field of policing community and Communication also has cultivated my knowledge and skills as an interpersonal communicator, and a problem solver.
I have the ability to lead an effective and productive team in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment. I am a strong leader in a customer service environment. Highly organized, with superior problem-solving, Technical skills, and analytical abilities, I believe that my co-workers respect me, and more importantly, I respect my co-workers.
 

I have  a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education in 1996 and has completed the courses that qualified me and refined skills to do the work to the fullest, professionally and creatively.
