I've been working in the hospitality industry for the past 7 years with an experience in front office, food and beverage, marketing and social media.  

while working as a front office officer I was in the Hub communications center I was .using the opera system and granting the guests wishes  I also worked as a marketing coordinator and social media in hotels I was responsible for content writing and posting also for event planning and preparations. 

while working in food and beverage I discovered my passion towards pleasing and serving customers and guests, drawing a smile on their faces as well as guaranteeing their satisfaction 

In food and beverage I was responsible for team management, time management, supplying, scheduling, cash and inventory. 

I started as a Barista and worked my way up to restaurant manager. where I was dealing with operation and administration handling
