I consider myself a highly motivated person whose keen interest is in human development, especially ECE/ECD and Gender Equality. I do understand the many political, economic and social 
challenges my country - Jordan is going through therefore I believe that every individual contribution matters, and with our determination and persistence, we can reach a social renaissance.
I have working experience of around 16 years, in program/project management, development and coordination, I am currently an ECE/ECD program development specialist .
It would be a great honor for me to be chosen as a possible candidate and I am sure I will do my best to be of great value.

I am currently working at Queen Rania Foundation – QRF, as a Program Development and Implementation Specialist, where I am responsible for an iterative national initiative for early 
childhood program called “Parental Education Program-PEP”, this program targets parents with children aged 0-5 years of age, before that I worked for 3 years at Queen Rania Teacher Academy 
were I managed and coordinated 2 projects, first was “the teacher skills forum- TSF” an international educational annual forum sponsored by the International Baccalaureate Organization 
-IBO, the second was the “Professional Learning Institute- PLI” that aims to train teachers in the private schools of Jordan, I have also worked at FIDA international; a social development non profit Finnish organization for around 3 years, were I coordinated social developmental projects and trained local CBOs in rural areas around human rights, child developmental characteristics, communication skills, and other psychosocial topics. I started my career as a preschool, KG teacher, and elementary teacher assistant.
Serving my community from a young age was my passion, starting when I was a teenager doing ministry in my church to interpreting and translating seminars to volunteering with local NGOs in human rights awareness programs and activities, to first aid training also as a psychosocial trainer with women CBOs ending in training surrounding community women in my house around child development and disciplinary methods, communication skills, psychosocial first aid, and sexuality 
education.
My professional expertise lies in proposing, planning, and initiating sustainable developmental projects, I am also able to liaise and follow up between projects' various internal or external parties to achieve deliverables on time and on-spec project completion. Able to merge beneficiaries and community needs with the acquired requirements, cultural/political restrictions, and logistical needs trying to meet and cover the project's deliverables successfully with the ability to conduct evaluations that meet the goal and accordingly do research, compile topics, and conduct proposals or materials.
