My current role is a customer service representative, and I am seeking to get involved in quality assurance. I hold an ISO 9001 certificate, which has been instrumental in my understanding and implementation of quality management systems.
Then, I have completed a comprehensive QA software testing course, from which I obtained my knowledge about bug tracking, writing test cases, bug reporting, and a lot of other tools and techniques that I need to know as a tester. Now, I am preparing myself for the CTFL certificate, and I am very sure I will be certified in it very soon.
 

Currently, I work as a Customer Service Representative, where I ensure that customers’ needs are met according to company quality standards through direct communication. Previously, I was a telemarketing agent at a CSC company, promoting campaigns by calling targeted business or home owners.
