In my previous role I was a skilled and hardworking Call center executive, but due to the ongoing pandemic my previous employer was forced to lay off all employees. While this period was unplanned and unexpected, I put the time to good use and am ready to get back to the workforce.

I'm worked in Aramex for 2 years as a Contact Center executive and the mssions or tasks performed : answering any simple issues that a customer may have, link between the customer and other departments, and in some touched on the departure from our main task such as: doing clearance things and giving price offers to customers and trying as much as possible to win the customer to us, including a lot of other tasks that depart from our basic work and which is focused on reading updates to customers.

I'm graduated from Hashemite University in Hotel management: is keen to balance all material and human resources into one level and work hospitality to improve things that make both employees and customers the best image.
