customer service oriented and  proficiency at work

I've been working in the service industry and hotels since i was  18  I started as a waiter and I got promoted really quickly throughout my journey I got promoted to be a front desk agent because my English was really excellent and then I got promoted to a reservation because I was able to handle customers from a distance after that I start working in another company as a customer service agent and i got promoted really quickly to a team leader and that's really helped me grow my skills in the service industry and as for now I got a job in the Sheraton Hotels which is a five-star hotel and my job there is a front desk agent

my education is a high school diploma in the hotel management and tourism
