    Responsibilities

    As a Talent Attraction Partner you will be under the leadership of the Talent Attraction Manager (TAM), in strong collaboration with Talent Magnetism (TMAG) team members and with the ambitious goal to serve best hiring managers, the TAP is responsible to deliver regional operational excellence to position SITA as top employer and attract the best talent to support business growth. The scope of this role includes three key pillars:

    • Market intelligence
    • Talent Sourcing & pipelining

    What You Will Do

    • Acts as an expert matter through the delivery of Talent Attraction services in line with SITA's Global and GEOs recruitment needs, including (but not limited to) Market intelligence, Talent Sourcing & Pipelining, outreach and employer branding.
    • Drives and participates to Talent Attraction projects/initiatives with team members, key internal stakeholders, and external vendors/suppliers.
    • Executes global, regional and local employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Employer Branding lead and third parties to position and promote SITA as an employer of choice, through modern, scalable and cost-efficient channels.
    • Embraces and nurtures collaboration within the ATI and tech industry professionals.
    • In collaborates with internal stakeholders, drives and organises initiatives and represents SITA during virtual professionals' events, conferences, workshops and recruitment fairs (on-line and on-site).
    • Fosters continuous improvement approach with team members and stakeholders though engagement and satisfaction mediums to embrace innovation as a driving force for success.
    • Keeps track on the latest technologies and best practices in the fields of talent attraction, employer branding, market intelligence, communication, marketing and creates opportunities for continuous innovation.
    • Internally, interacts with all BU concerned with talent attraction and builds strong collaborations with different stakeholders in HR, communications, marketing, etc.
    • Externally, interacts with prospective candidates, universities, colleges, alumni circles, advertising agencies, ATI experts and other institutions in relation to overall attraction actions and initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Who you are

    • University degree, or equivalent diploma in HR. Marketing, media or communications background; a strong asset.
    • Fluent command of English. French proficiency is highly desirable.
    • IT tools, sourcing and modern technics at a proficiency level.
    • Typically, 3-5 cumulative professional experience in TA, Sourcing, Market intelligence and Employer Branding.
    • Experience in delivering Talent Attraction services regionally or globally.
    • Experience in delivering modern Talent Attraction services and technologies, including change and project management.
    • Remote team experience essential; experience in navigating remote and matrix structures an asset.
