- Responsible for ensuring video traffic from site
- Respond quickly to requests for support from other E-IVVI personnel in regards to E-IVVI computer systems.
- Provide detailed reporting during outage to managers (daily status reports) and upon completion of outage (Outage Major Issues, Lessons Learned, Suggestions for Improvement).
- Monitor system performance and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
