- Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service while following all safety protocols.
- Front Desk Operations: Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in accordance with National Vision protocol.
- Insurance and Benefits: Process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed.
- Customer Information: Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- Order Status: Check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
- Mail and Inventory: Receive, sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Communication: Participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Very good command of English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in different shifts.
- Hotel Experience: Previous experience in the hotel industry.
