Job summary
Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to follow-up and engage in addressing concerns in areas such as employee relations, labour turnover and absenteeism thereby, ensuring an effective operations process whilst, supporting the conduction of Welfare, CSR, Motivational and Women Go Beyond activities/ initiatives at the plant
Responsibilities
- Gather relevant information pertaining to absent workers and take measures to motivate them to attend to work thereby minimizing headcount issues.
