    • Register and maintain company profiles on various procurement platforms and ensure all company registrations are up to date.
    • Update renewals of business registrations, licenses, and other critical documents.
    • Manage document control for contracts, purchase orders (POs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other related documentation.
    • Coordinate closely with the advisory team to facilitate efficient communication and support on business development-related tasks.
    • Administer the CRM system by entering all relevant information, ensuring it is current and accurate, and managing data integrity.
    • Track tasks assigned to team members within the business development department and follow up to ensure timely completion.
    • Support the preparation and organization of business cases, presentations, and proposals.
    • Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
    • Maintain records of client engagements, partnership opportunities, and lead generation efforts.
