    Ad Operation Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., display, video, mobile, social).
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

    Ad Trafficking & Optimization:

    • Traffic and QA all advertising creatives to ensure they meet platform specifications and are launched without issues.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives and landing pages for better performance.

    Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
    • Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
    • Work closely with the analytics team to develop advanced reporting dashboards.

    Ad Tech Management:

    • Stay updated on the latest ad tech trends, tools, and platforms.
    • Evaluate and implement new ad tech solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, content, and tech teams to ensure alignment and integration of ad operations with overall business objectives.
    • Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proficiency in ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DSPs, DMPs, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
