- Your role in the team
- Development, implementation and application of statistical models in the area of CRM / customer analytics (classic methods, machine learning)
- Carrying out (ad hoc) analyzes on issues from all areas of the company and campaign management (next best offer, customer value models, etc.)
- Enrichment of existing data sources (e.g. using clustering algorithms) using data mining and customer analytics methods
- Collaboration on IT projects (e.g. marketing automation, personalization)
- Monitoring of critical data processes and data quality management

- Completed studies in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business informatics or comparable training
- Qualifications
- High affinity for numbers, strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
- Very good knowledge of SQL programming
- Knowledge of statistical modeling using R or Python or another statistical tool
- Teamwork and communication skills as well as acting independently
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Experience
- Ideally several years of professional experience as a data scientist or data analyst
- Experience with Alteryx Designer and Tableau (or similar tools) an advantage
- Project management experience desirable
