Job summary

The company is looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join the Marketing department. • Experience: 2-4 years of practical experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in an industrial sector.
• Location Priority: For residents of Zarqa city and surrounding areas.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Information Technology, or any related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Plan and implement effective social media marketing strategies on various platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others) in line with the company's objectives.
• Content Production: Create engaging and creative content (text, images, videos) specific to the industrial sector and schedule it for regular publication.
• Account Management: Manage and update all company accounts on social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses to follower inquiries and comments.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of content and advertising campaigns using analytics tools, and prepare periodic reports to measure success and suggest improvements.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media, and apply new methods to ensure the company remains at the forefront.
