1. Plan and implement livelihoods activities and interventions, in line with project documents and donor commitments, ensuring timely implementation, and indicator achievement.
2. In coordination with the Emergency Response Coordinator, analyze existing data needed to make strategic decision on project scope and interventions, including target communities, eligibility criteria, timelines, sectors of interventions, etc.
3. In coordination with the Emergency Response Coordinator, lead the identification, selection and engagement of community-based Labour Market Mentors.
4. Coordinate timely implementation of cash grants for livelihoods and monthly cash assistance (multipurpose cash) closely coordinating with other cash-based intervention (CBI) staff, including preparation of paperwork, liaison with IOM resource management, financial service providers, and partners.
