About the job
MTacTac is looking for a highly skilled Business Writer who possesses excellent writing, organizational skills, and the ability to handle clients professionally and proactively. The successful candidate will help clients refine specific processes by analyzing current practices and developing strategies that will improve efficiency and productivity. You will conduct research, analyze information and processes, develop effective strategies, and provide exceptional writing skills to produce high-quality reports, emails, business plans, presentations, proposals, etc... Responsibilities:- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand and messaging guidelines.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Deliver high performance in communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
- Edit and design different types of content.
- Work directly with the Department Head and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or English Language or Finance and Accounting related studies.
- 2-4 years of work experience in related fields.
- Excellent English command in writing, reading, and speaking.
- Great managerial and organizational skills with excellent customer handling skills.
- Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, Canva, and AI tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and soft skills.
