About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Python Backend Engineer (3–4 Years of Experience) who thinks beyond coding — someone who can design systems, build scalable APIs, and integrate AI into real-world products.

What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable backend systems using Python
- Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs
- Architect clean, modular, and production-ready systems
- Integrate AI models, pipelines, and automation workflows into backend services
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability
- Handle basic frontend tasks (forms, buttons, simple layouts) when required
- Collaborate closely with product, AI, and frontend teams
- Follow best practices in clean code, documentation, and code reviews
- Apply modern development methodologies in engineering workflows
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of strong hands-on experience in backend development
- Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience building scalable systems (not just small projects
- Solid knowledge of API design and architecture
- Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, model integration, or AI pipeline
- Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, simple JavaScript
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-level code
Bonus Points
- Experience with system design & microservices
- Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of performance optimization & security best practices
- Experience in SaaS or product-based development
