Overview: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager plays a crucial role in driving the overall HR strategy and aligning it with business objectives. This position requires a seasoned HR professional who can provide strategic guidance, leadership, and effective HR solutions to support the organization's growth and success. The Senior HRBP Manager will collaborate closely with senior leaders, managers, and HR teams to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business challenges and provide proactive HR solutions.
    • Lead the HRBP team in executing initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
    • Talent Management:
    • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
    • Partner with leaders to identify and address skills gaps through effective workforce planning.
    • Drive employee development and succession planning initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
    • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
    • Lead investigations into complex employee issues and provide guidance on resolution strategies.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Performance Management:
    • Design and implement performance management processes that align with business objectives.
    • Work with leaders to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and drive a high-performance culture.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions.
    • Change Management:
    • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of organizational changes.
    • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees during times of change.
    • Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience.
    • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
    • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics and trends for senior leadership.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
    • Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
    • Work closely with legal counsel when necessary to address compliance issues.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Foster strong collaboration between HR and other departments.
    • Communicate HR initiatives and changes effectively to all levels of the organization.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote positive relations.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
    • 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnering.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading HR teams and driving HR initiatives.
