Role Description We are seeking for a talented and detailed oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager for the following Territories (Jordan, KSA, Upper Gulf). As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sales of an assigned territory (Country). You should be able to maintain a strong relationship the clients. In addition to this, you should possess excellent ability to solve problems as well as outstanding communication skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should be able to achieve the desired sales target. Responsibilities: -- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned territory.
- Travelling to the assigned territory as and when required.
- Explaining the customer about the product and services offered by our company.
- Determining the sales and marketing methods for increasing sales within the assigned territory.
- Meeting the company expectations.
- Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
- Creating brand awareness within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Year & Yearly to the Sales Director.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers.
- Analyzing the sales results and metrics.
- Keeping check on the competitor's sales activities.
- Adhering to all the rules and regulations at the company & in the assigned territory (country).
- Requirements and skills
- 7 – 10 Years (Mini) of experience in selling IT Solutions & ERP Systems (Oracle ERP is Plus).
- BSc/BA in Information Technology (IT), Computer Sciences or any related field, Master Degree (MBA) is a Plus.
- Work experience as a Territory Sales Manager, Territory Manager, or a similar position in the Sales industry (ERP Solution).
- Demonstrate excellent sales skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
