      Role Description We are seeking for a talented and detailed oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager for the following Territories (Jordan, KSA, Upper Gulf). As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sales of an assigned territory (Country). You should be able to maintain a strong relationship the clients. In addition to this, you should possess excellent ability to solve problems as well as outstanding communication skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should be able to achieve the desired sales target. Responsibilities: -
    • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
    • Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned territory.
    • Travelling to the assigned territory as and when required.
    • Explaining the customer about the product and services offered by our company.
    • Determining the sales and marketing methods for increasing sales within the assigned territory.
    • Meeting the company expectations.
    • Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
    • Creating brand awareness within the assigned territory.
    • Monitor competition within assigned region
    • Prepare and submit reports Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Year & Yearly to the Sales Director.
    • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers.
    • Analyzing the sales results and metrics.
    • Keeping check on the competitor's sales activities.
    • Adhering to all the rules and regulations at the company & in the assigned territory (country).
    • Requirements and skills
    • 7 – 10 Years (Mini) of experience in selling IT Solutions & ERP Systems (Oracle ERP is Plus).
    • BSc/BA in Information Technology (IT), Computer Sciences or any related field, Master Degree (MBA) is a Plus.
    • Work experience as a Territory Sales Manager, Territory Manager, or a similar position in the Sales industry (ERP Solution).
    • Demonstrate excellent sales skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organization and analytical skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
    • Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
