Job Description:

Our client is a leading mineral processing company who are seeking a Bid Support to achieve and exceed the relevant sales targets through increasing the success in

Responsibilities:

• Providing Internal Sales & Tender Bid Support to Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Preparation and submittal of tenders in collaboration with
• Engage all stakeholders required for input in tender document (Legal, Admin, Finance, OEM).
• Preparation of costing configurator for cost and margin
• Liaising with company manufacturing facilities on
• Engaging with supply chain on relevant equipment & component costing and logistics
• Providing technical sales service and back-up to customers in the process of selecting appropriate equipment to suite specific
• Direct engagement with EPCM, Consultants and buying houses on
• Attend customer and project meeting where
• Processing of orders from company
• Submitting reports timeously including sales forecasts market analysis reports, competitor analysis reports, tender result
• Assist Project Coordinator with technical and commercial input where
• Submitting and following up on tenders submitted to project houses and end
• Controlling the process for selection and delivery of tenders and
• Conducting and / or overseeing negotiations for the supply of new machines on terms and conditions which are commercially
• Building solid relationships with mining and project
• Ensuring Compliance to QMS

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical, electrical or civil) and / or sales and marketing would be
• A proven track record in Material Solutions capital equipment sales with solid experience in dealing with customers at Project Manager & senior
• Minimum 10 years' experience within one or more of the following industries: quarry, construction, mining, aggregate and demolition
• The ability to work in a corporate matrix
• Must be prepared to travel
• Must have a valid South African driver's
• The ability to work in a corporate matrix environment
• Proven individual and team leadership skills
• Self-starter with the self-discipline to work independently with minimal
• Solid entrepreneurial
